Adapter Sleeves serve to locate bearings with Tapered bore on Cylindrical Shaft sleeve mountings. Permit more relaxed shaft diameter tolerence in contrast to tolerances where the bearing is directly mounted on the shaft. Adapter Sleeve permits a bearing to be fitted at any position on shaft with correct degree of rigidity.

Hydraulic Sleeves - JBL Hydraulic Adapter and Withdrawal Sleeves are provided with oil collecting grooves extending parallel to the sleeves slit and enabling the build up of a uniform oil film across the connecting surfaces so that they prevent oil from escaping through the slit. The threaded connections for the oil feed are made depending upon sleeve size.
