1) Triple Rings :- These plummer blocks are equipped with exclusive Triple Seal Rings which protect the Bearing from foreign matter and retains the lubricant.(This ring is used where the surrounding conditions are unusually dirty.)
2) Stabilizing Rings :- These rings are used to locate the "held" Bearing in the housing and prevent end movement of the shaft.
3) Dowel Pins:- The two halves of this plummer Block are likewise accurately aligned by Dowel pins which are so positioned as to make interchangability reversing of caps impossible.
4)The Base and Cap of our Plummer block :- Certain application, where shock loads are abnormal or heavy thrust load exists, require plummer block of exceptionally sturdy construction. The Base and Cap of our plummer Block are of heavy section, adequate to resist shock load in any direction.
5) The Material :- The material specification of these confirm IS Standard No 210 and 1030. These housings are normally made of grey cast iron. However, they can also be supplied in cast steel.
